You Can Choose To Be Blessed Or Cursed In Your Life
By Margret Ovonlen
Shabbat Ki Tavo Shalom. The choice to be blessed and have limitless abundance is yours to make this week and beyond, did you know that? How do you do that? By appreciating that which you already have.
That little thing like the breath you take, remember some are on life support today but you can breathe normally, stop to appreciate the Creator for giving you the ability to breathe.
That little thing like ability to walk, remember those on wheelchairs or bedridden, thank the Creator you can walk and move. That little thing like having a shelter for you and family, remember the homeless and give thanks.
Ability to eat today must be appropriated, remember some have food, but cannot eat and there are some who have no idea when their next meal will come, stop and give thanks.
Dear friends know that all the money in the world cannot buy health, otherwise the rich could have take it all, the poor would have had no hope to survive, in good health give him thanks.
Joy and happiness could not be brought also, so if you are blessed with those, stop and give thanks.
Remember the best thing in life are those that we cannot buy but gotten freely from the Creator himself, appreciate those and remember that the more you appreciate, the more the floodgates of abundance and endless blessings will be opened unto to you.
This week’s Shabbat tells us that we are given blessings and curses to choose from. And the Creator says, choose blessings so that you will have limitless abundance and sustenance throughout your life by walking in my ways, keep my commandments, obey my laws and precepts. If you do these you have everything.
For more blessings to come your ways you do that by first appreciating those beautiful and natural things given to us for free, which money cannot buy.
Where you decide to choose curses: Chaos, darkness and pain are what ensue. That choice to choose is yours to make.
My beloved friends: May we be given the merit and the ability to chose rightly for ourselves and those around us. Remember to choose blessings for everlasting sustenance and more light your ways. Shabbat Shalom.
