Whistleblowing: ARM Moves to Checkmate Unethical Business Deals

Asset Resource Manager, ARM, as part of its risk management framework, ARM has put in place a whistleblowing system.
ARM said “we are dedicated to ethical and fair business conduct, and encourage all stakeholders, such as employees, shareholders, clients, contractors, vendors, and regulators, to disclose actual, potential or suspected instances of misconduct.
The company further disclosed that the confidentiality of the whistle blowers shall be respected, while reporting on issues such as: fraudulent/Illegal Conduct, unethical conduct, internal procedural breach, regulatory compliance breach, health & safety risks, abuse of office, misuse of company resources and willful negligence
