‘Suspected Rapists Take over Popular Bus-stop In Lagos’

There are indications that suspected rapists have taken over Ile-Zik bus-stop, located along the popular Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway in Lagos, allegedly raping and extorting ladies and other persons in the dead of the night, with reckless abandon.
Based on a tip-off, www.csomedia.com.ng undercover agents sent to the area observed that these suspects always position themselves early in the morning and late in the evening to allegedly rape women and rob others either going or returning from work or their business runs.
This is coming as cases of rape is becoming rampage in various parts of Nigeria, even as RRS operatives do station permanently around the zik and Mangoro bus-stop areas.
Bala Elkanah, Lagos police spokesman could not be reached at the time of filling this report.
However, our agents reported that some women may have allegedly been raped around the vicinity of the bus-stops in recent times.
