Song Joong-Ki, a Korean actor, has announced his engagement to girlfriend Katy Louise Saunders.

Song Joong-ki, a South Korean actor, has announced his marriage to British actress Katy Louise Saunders.
They are also expecting a child, according to the actor.

Song wrote on his fan website, “Today we just returned from registering our marriage to start our life as a couple based on deep trust and love.”

“I made a promise to do life with Katy Louise Saunders, who has been spending precious time with me by supporting and caring for me,” he wrote.

“I vowed to do life together with Katy Louise Saunders, who has been spending precious time with me by supporting and caring for me,” he wrote.

“She has a kind heart and has been passionately living her life. She is an admirably wise and wonderful person. Thanks to her, I am becoming a better person.”

In his message to fans, Song said he and Saunders had “dreamed of making a happy family.”

“Thankfully, a precious life came to us,” he added.

Song was formerly married to fellow Korean actor Song Hye-kyo for two years. The pair stunned millions of fans when they announced their divorce in 2019.

This message which was directed to his fan was through an open letter.

“Hello. This is Joong Ki.

Today, I am greeting you like this because I want to share a promise that is more happy and valuable to me than anything.

I have promised to live a life together with Katy Louise Saunders, who has supported me and with whom I have spent valuable time while cherishing each other.

She has a kind heart, and she has lived her life passionately. She is a wise and amazing person to the point that I respect her.

Thanks to her, I am becoming a better person.

We naturally dreamed of creating a happy family together. We have put in much effort to keep our promises, and thankfully a new life has come to us.
