I didn’t walk – out on speaker nor attributed death of Late Tunde Braimoh to the COVID-19, said Hon. Moshood Oshun, representing Lagos Mainland constituency II in Lagos House of Assembly.
Hon. Oshun cleared himself of the allegation on Monday in an interactive meeting with the press at Lagos House of Assembly.
He explained “I did not walk out on the speaker, I only told him to let me seat in front because of the Corona Pandemic. Oshun added “in the country there is Corona Virus; I didn’t say Hon Braimoh died of Corona Virus”.
He urged journalists to investigate their stories properly before going to the press. He disclosed that people will pay price for their wrong doings, saying that it is easy to spoil but hard to make amendment. Hon Oshun, however, described the speaker, Rt Hon Mudashiru Obasa, as his boss. He remarked “the speaker is my boss, no personal issue between me and Hon speaker” Hon Oshun said that he is on his 4th term in the Lagos Assembly. He added that he has tried to have cordial relationship with the press.
