GLIMPSE NIGERIA TO LAUNCH ONDO DECIDES 2020 REVIEW, ONLINE POLL

Glimpse Nigeria, a Research and Information Communication Technology firm, with a vision to promote accountability and transparency in governance across Nigeria’s political space, is set to launch its strategic action plan towards reviewing the candidates of the forthcoming gubernatorial election in Ondo State.

This is coming from the backdrop of the successful conduction of a survey/online poll ahead of the 2018 gubernatorial election in Ekiti State and the general elections

The Review, followed by an online poll is to provide a measure for citizens of the State, Non-Governmental Organisations, and Civil Society Organisations alike to assess the performance and readiness of the candidates ahead of the elections.

The Review, which is expected to feature about 100,000 to 200,000 voters in the State, will feature activities such as; video documentaries, info graphics (about Ondo State and her past leaders), Live Video Conversations on; SMEs, Corporate Organisations, Women, NGOs, Youths and Sports, Religious Organisations, Finance, Health, and Open Governance. Other areas considered include; Environment, Good Governance, Infrastructure, Education, Anti-Corruption, etc.

In furtherance to the aforementioned, an online poll will commence to assess the information and decision making level of intending voters. The opinion poll will leverage on the results of the review to provide a holistic result of the exercise.
