AI partners author to launch 1st AI-Nigeria novel

Open Artificial Intelligence (OpenAI) Chat GPT 3, has partnered a Nigerian Author to launch the first of its kind AI-Nigeria romance novel titled “Love Envoy”.
Mrs Deborah Bless, the Co-author of the book, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday in Abuja.
The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that the use of technology to channel intellectual creativity is the first of its kind by a Nigerian author and marks a significant milestone in the Nigerian literary world.
The novel is a tale about an immigrant Nigerian single mother on a journey of self discovery and budding romance with an unlikely character.
“My book has made history as the first Nigerian book utilising tech to channel their inner creatives in this manner.
“The achievement of this collaboration is unique, it has opened the door of opportunities to closet creatives who desire to cut through barriers in delivering quality literary works.
“The partnership is also unique in that it does not stifle originality but helps writers to stay on track with the many ideas that flood their minds,” she said.
The co-author said that she was optimistic about the book and was anticipating positive reviews by readers after experiencing the literary captivating love story.
Bless described the incorporation of AI in writing as having a mentor to keep one focused in building a captivating piece that surpasses readers’ standards.
She said that the lucidity provided by AI in word selection and developing excitement was extraordinary and beyond her expectations.
“The entire process was like moving on a train wheel that keeps you on track while many ideas flood through your mind.
“The use of AI has helped me realise that craft is an appealing work that transcends through the readers demography.
“And several editors of the book have described the clarity provided by AI as outstanding, the choices of words and other elements used to build up excitement are captivating,” she said.
Bless said that the book was primarily available to the public on notable book platforms such as Amazon, Okada books, Selar, Kindle as well as on her official website deborahbless.com.
She expressed excitement about the inauguration adding that the collaboration would inspire other writers to explore the possibilities that AI presents in co-authoring works of literature.
She appealed to Nigerians to embrace the book in order to promote and encourage creatives to use AI to convey their literature.
Bless also urged creatives to explore AI and its many features to produce international standard literature that could be accessed globally.
